We offer a variety of swim groups based on swimmers' age and ability. As a swimmer progresses through our program, time standards are in place as the minimum requirement to move on.  

If you are new to KBM please email Alix at [email protected] to book an assessment for September 2025. The youngest swimmer that we will assess will be age 7 by December 2025 (going into grade 2). To avoid disappointment, swimmers should be able to comfortably swim 25m frontcrawl with their head in the water and "side breathing", 25m of backstroke, kick continuously on a flutterboard and be assessed without their parents' involvement.  

Assessments will be held at Queen's University on September 8th and 9th at 5:00pm (Sept 8th slot is full), 5:30pm and 6:00pm. Please email Alix at [email protected] to book an assessment. 

Please note we have very few spots available for swimmers aged 12 and above without previous competitive swimming experience.
